Reflexology is a natural, healing therapy. It is based on the principle that there are reflexes in the feet which correspond to every part and organ of the body. Applying pressure to these reflexes releases blockages, which interfere with the body’s natural flow. Reflexology brings a deep relaxation, whilst at the same time stimulates the body, easing tension, improving circulation and eliminating toxins to give you a sense of wellbeing.

The Benefits of Reflexology

Everybody can benefit from Reflexology because it is used to maintain good health, therefore it is an effective, natural therapy for a wide range of conditions including:

Anxiety, Stress Disorders, Digestive Disorders i.e. IBS, Crohn’s, Insomnia, Migraines and Headaches, Asthma, Chest infections, Detox, Pain Relief, Boosting the Immune System….and so many more. Please contact me if you have a specific condition and we can talk in more detail.

I also have a Diploma in Pre-conceptual, Pregnancy & Postnatal Reflexology.

Reflexology works to balance the body. It can increase well-being whilst aiding an improvement in mood and the subsequent release of tension, which encourages relaxation, resulting in a better night’s sleep.

Health experts have estimated that 75-85% of ill health is stress related. Many of us lead busy, fast-paced lives and rarely give our bodies time to completely relax and unwind. Stress can cause physical and mental ill health, for example; low immune system, muscle tension and poor sleep cycles. By having Reflexology this can reduce stress by giving you a deep sense of relaxation.
