Chris Green Physiotherapy

Chris Green Physiotherapy Ltd is situated within Ingledale Therapy Centre which is a converted 15th century barn. The practice was originally established by Sandie Chapman more than 25 years ago and has been gradually expanding while providing physiotherapy services for Oxted and the surrounding areas. Chris Green started at the practice in 2005 and began running the practice in 2012. Our team of physiotherapists have been working together for many years and are very experienced in the care of patients with very varied musculo-skeletal problems.

Chris Green

BSc, BSc, MCSP

Chris Green started at the practice in 2005 and began running the practice in 2012.

Chris graduated with a BSc in Sports Science at Brunel University in 1996 and then graduated with a BSc in Physiotherapy at the same University in 2000.

After qualifying Chris worked as a Junior Physiotherapist within the NHS and then progressed to become a senior therapist specialising in all musculoskeletal conditions. Staying in the NHS for a total of 7 years.

Chris is a very keen sportsman and has recently completed events such as cycling from Lands End to John O’ Groates, and in his younger days played semi-professional football for Sutton United.

Alex Horsley

BSc, MCSP, HCPC Reg

Alex graduated from the University of Plymouth in 2011 and has since worked in both the NHS and private settings in the Sout East, focusing on the treatment of musculoskeletal conditions. She is experienced in treating both acute and chronic conditions with exercise based and hands on treatment to assist people in their recovery and management.

During her time as a physiotherapist, Alex has gained diverse clinical experience including sports and injury rehabilitation, pain management classes and hydrotherapy.

Julie Sinclair

Grad Dip Phys, MCSP

Experienced in all aspects of paediatric physiotherapy in 0-18 age group from infant developmental checks through to musculoskeletal growth related and sports related injuries for the adolescent age group.

Common issues in:

  • 0-2 yrs – concerns about head turning preference, developmental delay ie not rolling, sitting, walking at the normal time, hypermobility
  • 2-6 yrs – delayed motor skills, hypermobility, poor balance and coordination
  • 6+ age group – musculoskeletal pain due to trauma, growth related pain and conditions

Julie works in the local NHS service and has established links with acute and community paediatricians, health visitors, other paediatric therapists and is used to dealing with schools on therapy based issues.

She also works in conjunction with therapy teams at tertiary centres such as Great Ormond Street Hospital, University College and St. George’s Hospitals.

Julie has experience in treating other paediatric conditions such as juvenile arthritis, chronic fatigue syndrome, scoliosis, idiopathic toe walking, hypermobility syndrome.

Anne Sorensen

MSCP

Graduated from St Mary’s School of Physiotherapy in 1980 and began working within Charing Cross hospital staying in the NHS for 6 years.  Anne then entered the private sector working in New Victoria Hospital Kingston upon Thames.  Anne joined the practice as an associate in 1995.

Victoria O’Gorman 

BSc, MCSP

Victoria graduated from the University of Birmingham in 2001 with a First Class Honours degree and over the last 20 years she has gained a wealth of experience in the musculoskeletal field. Victoria started her career in the NHS, working for 8 years at St George’s Hospital in London -one of the leading trauma centres in the UK. Here she specialised in musculoskeletal out-patients and went on to become a senior physiotherapist, treating a wide variety of conditions.

In 2007 Victoria moved to the French Alps where she worked at the English Medical Centre in Val d’Isere for 2 years. She worked alongside the British Ski Team physiotherapists and gained invaluable experience in the treatment and management of acute injuries in both elite and recreational skiers. She then started working in private practice in SW London in 2009
where she was a senior physiotherapist for 12 years. Victoria and her young family have recently moved to Kent and she now joins the team at Hever Health.

Victoria treats a variety of conditions including sports injuries, low back pain and post natal rehab. She specialises in post-operative knee rehabilitation and has a special interest in lower limb injuries. She takes a holistic approach to her treatment and is passionate about helping her patients achieve their goals to return to their chosen sport or activity.
