Polestar Pilates
Marian has worked in the fitness industry since 1995 and trained as a Pilates Instructor in 2000.
In 2006 she qualified with Polestar Pilates to teach group mat classes. Classes are run in small groups throughout the year.
She believes that you can only teach something you have experienced yourself; and with this in mind Marian is committed to continually updating her training and expanding her understanding of the body in relation to exercise.
