Pregnancy Yoga

A flowing class, focusing on strengthening, relaxation and breathing techniques to allow you to connect to your breath and your baby. Alleviates common discomforts of pregnancy. Reduces stress and anxiety. Helps you to feel empowered, informed and positive about your changing body and prepare you for motherhood. Each class will weave in active birth tips, hypnobirthing techniques, and include a short time for an informal chat to share experiences and ask questions in a non-judgmental space.

I regularly run Birth Partner Preparation workshops at Ingledale. This nourishing workshop provides a unique opportunity for your birth partner to learn, experience and assist you in techniques that you will find useful during labour.

My other classes include Fertility Yoga, Baby Yoga, Postnatal Yoga and Flow & Restore Yoga (a blend of hatha flow and restorative yoga).
