Paul Moody
D.O Registered Osteopath
Paul is a registered Osteopath of 30 + years experience and working at Ingledale since March 1993. He is particularly interested in health and wellbeing bringing together the physical, mental and internal functions of the body.
After A-Levels Paul joined the Devon and Cornwall police as a beat officer. He then spent a year as a coroner officer and 2 and a half years as a traffic officer. After 8 and a half years he changed careers and studied Osteopathy at the British School of Osteopathy in London for 4 years qualifying in 1991. He is registered with the General Osteopathic Council.
Paul is a member of Hever Castle Golf Club and is also a partner of Hever Health Ltd.

Gemma Horne
Bsc (Hons) Ost D.O Registered Osteopath and Infant Feeding Coach
Gemma graduated from the European School of Osteopathy (ESO) in 2010 and has since worked in busy clinics across Kent, Surrey and Essex.
Gemma often treats a wide range of people and complaints including newborn babies and children, sports men and women as well as work and postural complaints. Gemma has also undertaken postgraduate training with Stuart McGregor at the OCA to enable her to treat horses and dogs with Osteopathy.
Gemma has a special interest in the care of babies and children as well as pre and post natal women. In 2021 Gemma trained as an Infant Feeding Coach and now uses her skills to support parents in preparation for breastfeeding and throughout the fourth trimester. Gemma offers feeding support alongside osteopathy as well as a stand alone service. Alongside this Gemma is trained in the assessment of tongue function in relation to tongue tie. Gemma has now completed training as an Advanced Perinatal Coach and will be available for online and in person coaching later this year covering all your concerns around pregnancy, birth and all things newborn!
Outside of work Gemma has always been a keen horse rider owning horses since she was 10 and competing on the county show circuit as a teenager. Now Gemma’s time is mostly spent with her family and two young children.

Connor Reid
M.Ost, Registered Osteopath
Connor is a recent graduate from the European School of Osteopathy meaning he can bring a new and up to date approach when it comes to patients, underpinned by over five years of experience as a massage therapist and 2 years of Osteopathic experience in the university clinic where he has treated a wide range of complaints which varied in severity. His background in massage has given him a deep understanding of soft tissue work, body mechanics, and the importance of a patient-centred approach, skills that now enrich his osteopathic practice.
Connor is passionate about health and wellbeing, after leaving school in 2016 he worked as a Lifeguard in Sevenoaks. After a year he completed a level 2 fitness instructor qualification, he then further extended his knowledge in the health and fitness industry in 2019 gaining a level 3 qualification in Personal training and Sports Massage. At this point Connor went from leisure centre to massage centre and in 2020 worked full time as a Massage Therapist until starting his degree in Osteopathy in 2021 when he dropped to part time.
Connor tries to include all of his preexisting knowledge to help develop and build a treatment and management plan which is tailored to each individual in order to reduce symptom severity, improve mobility and restore function to the affected area. He has a keen interest in most sports (especially rugby), having used to play himself he understands the strains and demands it has on the body. This is what led him down the path he is on today having received treatment from various Physical Therapy disciplines throughout his teenage years into adulthood. Connor is now honoured to be given the opportunity to return the favour by offering his skills and knowledge to others.
