Tamara is a Massage Therapist and Energy Healer, in practice since 2007 she uses her skills in varying disciplines to help heal the body with her varied and interesting array of therapies.
Working intuitively to not only correct and rehabilitate, but also to keep strength and suppleness in the body physically, physiologically and psychologically.
The body benefits from massage and healing on many levels. It can aid in rehabilitation from injury, but also if used on an ongoing basis may prevent injury by keeping the muscles supple, with another added advantage of wellbeing on many levels.

Healing
Living beings have an innate ability to achieve a perfect state of balance in the body, mind and spirit. The purpose of healing is to enhance, empower and assist this ability so that the individual may find their own point of balance.
Healing is channelling healing energy through the hands from a universal energy source by the laying on of hands, restoring a sense of calm and equilibrium to the recipient.
Healing can relieve pain, release blockages and enhance well-being aiding in body balance, so may be given for any illness, stress or injury as a complementary therapy.
Meditation
Tamara will guide you through a meditation to help you settle in to the healing or massage session (dependent on therapy).
Not only working with humans, Tamara also practices healing on animals and in horses the addition of Sports & Remedial Massage, whereby she works with both equine and rider to allow them to work in equilibrium by correcting musculature in both bodies with an aim to allow them to work beautifully as one.
