Many people make numerous attempts to bring permanent changes to their lives, but find that however determined they are they seem to keep slipping back into unsatisfying or destructive ways of being.  Very often it is only with the presence of a trained therapist who will be able to identify what is blocking the ability to sustain the change that the process of transformation can truly begin.

I have been seeing clients for over twelve years.  My training is integrative which means that I can draw on a variety of different approaches to suit the needs of the individual (including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, EMDR and Transpersonal Therapy).  I offer short and long-term work and provide a professional, non-judgemental, safe and confidential service where exploration, transformation and healing can take place.
