I am a qualified counsellor and registered member of British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and other professional bodies.

I use counselling, psychotherapy and coaching in my work with clients who come to me with a variety of difficulties including: Anxiety, Depression, Stress, Career and Life Direction, Relationship and Family concerns, Self Esteem issues, Illness and Bereavement. I have a special interest in eating disorders and weight management and have developed my own program to assist clients manage their relationship with food. I also support friends and family of people suffering from illnesses and addictions.

I am an experienced trauma counsellor and work with individuals and establishments in critical incident management.

Working with me, you will have the opportunity to discuss your situation in a professional, confidential and non-judgmental environment. Together we will clarify what you would like to change and decide on how you will achieve these changes. I will help you to build your inner strengths and resources, show you new ways of working through your issues and support you as you decide on your future path.

I use Transactional Analysis as my primary theoretical model and incorporate Person-Centred Therapy, Gestalt and interventions based on CBT into my practice dependent on the needs of my clients. I work with individuals, couples, families and groups at Ingledale Therapy Centre and also offer telephone and online therapy sessions.

My fees range from £60 per 50 minute session.
